Penny Stocks ETF’s
ETF’s (Exchange Traded Funds) are still a relatively new phenomenon and penny stock ETF’s have only been introduced to the market in the past couple years. There are certainly advantages to ETF’s and penny stock ETF’s are giving smaller investors more access to these profitable investment vehicles that they previously did not have. Still, many of these funds require minimum investments in the hundreds of thousands and millions. Sort of reminiscent of hedge fund minimums.
There is certainly reason why access to these funds are limited to those with large cash reserves. Some have argued that micro-cap ETF’s cannot beat the average returns of active managers but there are still so many people looking for a less stressful way and the ETF is the answer.
